I bought a car from the Auto Mall yesterday and had a very positive experience. My salesman was very patient and gave me quick direct answers to all of my questions. I was allowed to drive the car around town by myself and then when returned the car with some question, he jumped in the driver seat and drove the car while I sat in the passenger seat around town. Finally I was allowed to drive the car to my mechanic for an inspection lasting about an hour. I returned the car to Auto Mall with potential issues the vehicle may have. We agreed to a fair price for the vehicle and the final sales paperwork was completed in less than thirty minutes. I would buy a vehicle from the Auto Mall again.

They were super nice and helpful, but after spending almost $6,000 on a van, the DAY I got home, my van wouldn’t start, next day still not starting. Update: They contacted me and been very helpful with helping me figure it out!!
